Professional and easy to deal with. Their build prices are reasonable for a very high quality final product. They strive to source supplies and products from as local as possible - there wasn't much of our house, if anything, that wasn't made in Canada. The contractors they hire are generally very good. If anything goes wrong, Broder will set it straight in a timely manner. We're extremely happy to have had Jonathan and his team build our highly customized dream home. We feel like the experience would have been far less personal with with one of the huge builders and far more stressful had we ended up with some sketchy builder (we've heard some bad horror stories over the years about how bad builders can be). I hope this company thrives and I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking to build.

It took us over 8 years to move in to a place we can start calling our own. It may not be a dream home but as soon as we got into the new home, man, it felt really great!
The layout and floor plan is superbly done, essential appliances are of best quality and fixtures I believe were carefully selected for efficiency down the road. My teen daughter even quipped she remembers the gentle pour of water from the shower head was like in a hotel.
These were just the perks! The most important stuff about acquiring our first mortgage was that both Jonathan and Sean were with us every step of the way! We could not ask for more. Even if we have the slightest concern (as a fearful first time homebuyer), they would immediately address it and we will be rest assured we are always on the right track.
We wonder at times even if we thought we could afford/not afford a mortgage with life and job and personal challenges, there are still people that feel the way we feel - it is called empathy. And they have this! They have a broad minded approach to everyone and that includes us.
We could go on and on with so many kind and nice words to say about Broder Homes and the people behind it. I guess the way to payback (aside from paying our monthly dues (chuckle)) is to strongly recommend and refer friends and people we care for to put Broder Homes on top of their list when shopping around specially the first time homebuyers. You cannot go wrong with caring people!
